Full job description

PubMatic seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead the CTV and OTT/CTV video product portfolio. The role requires 10+ years of product management experience with a strong background in programmatic and video advertising. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, leading a product management team, leveraging AI tools, collaborating cross-functionally, launching products globally, and participating in industry bodies. The candidate must have excellent leadership, communication, and customer-centric skills, a relevant technical degree, and be willing to travel about 25%. The position is full-time with a hybrid work schedule based in New York and Redwood City. Compensation ranges from $340,000 to $390,000 USD plus bonus, stock units, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Lead product strategy and vision for Video and OTT/CTV products
  • Build and lead a high-performance product management team
  • Leverage Gen AI tools and promote AI-driven approaches
  • Demonstrate expertise in CTV advertising trends and market dynamics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations
  • Partner with global sales and marketing for product launches
  • Participate actively in industry bodies and shape standards
  • Define and execute product roadmap and performance metrics
  • Educate marketing and customer-facing teams on product advantages

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of product management experience
  • Strong background in programmatic advertising
  • Deep knowledge of video and CTV advertising
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Autonomous and curiosity-driven problem-solving approach
  • Customer-centric and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%)
