Vice President of Campaign Management role leading product strategy and execution for Epsilon's campaign management pod. Responsible for developing vision and strategic direction for campaign management capabilities including planning, launch, optimization, reporting, and forecasting. Own end-to-end campaign execution system and lead transformation to a unified, scalable product experience. Deliver next-generation campaign management suite with automation and operator-first experiences. Integrate forecasting into workflows and planning tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and align marketing strategy. Requires 10+ years in product roles focused on advertising, campaign management, or related AdTech/MarTech products. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills required. BA/BS required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. Salary range $164,500 to $305,500 annually. Location: New York, NY.

Requirements
Ability to lead product vision and roadmap while managing day-to-day product delivery
Deep industry knowledge of digital advertising, campaign execution, and operational realities
Minimum 10 years in a Product role focused on advertising, campaign management, workflow-driven platforms, or related AdTech and MarTech products
Experience with orchestration, automation, or forecasting is a strong advantage
Experience building and scaling complex, workflow-driven products supporting end-to-end operational processes
Proven ability to transform manual or service-heavy operating models into scalable, productized systems
Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary skills
Experience applying automation, AI-assisted workflows, or decision-support to improve operational efficiency and usability
Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills
Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through competitive information, market awareness, and product positioning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
BA/BS degree required; advanced degree and/or MBA desirable
