Full job description Vice President – Accounts & Finance role responsible for leading end-to-end finance function for India operations. Key duties include financial leadership, governance, accounting, taxation, statutory and regulatory compliance, audit management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and team leadership. Requires Chartered Accountant qualification, 12-18 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology or digital platforms, with strong multi-entity operational exposure and audit leadership. Must have strategic mindset, strong compliance knowledge, and leadership skills.

Act as the key finance partner to leadership on business performance and decision-making
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS, Companies Act, FEMA, GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reviews
Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with business goals
Provide insights on revenue recognition, cost optimization, margin analysis, and working capital
Partner with sales, operations, and product teams on commercial structures and pricing
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across accounting, taxation, AR/AP, and reporting
