Full job description
Internship role focused primarily on cash collection (90%) and cash management (10%) in a fast-paced ad tech environment. Responsibilities include monitoring outstanding invoices, client communication, resolving payment issues, preparing aging reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting process improvement projects involving AI and automation. Requires good communication skills in French and English, proactive mindset, client service experience is a plus, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Salary range CAD 22-24 per hour. Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
What you'll do
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients
- Communicate with clients, Sales, and internal teams by email and phone
- Help resolve payment issues and disputes
- Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts
