Full job description

RTB House seeks a mid-level technical specialist to support the Technical Account Management team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues, managing structured client data files, configuring tracking tags and integrations, scripting automation solutions using Node.js, and maintaining automated data flows. Required skills include fluent English, basic SQL and JavaScript knowledge, analytical problem solving, good communication, and self-organization. Nice to have experience with external APIs, XML, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL, and Linux. The role offers a flexible contract (mandate or B2B) with remote or hybrid work options. Location: Warsaw, Poland.

What you'll do

  • Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling
  • Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files
  • Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations including GTM implementations and reporting integrations
  • Write scripts and automation solutions using Node.js across various data sources
  • Build and maintain scheduled automations and automated data flows
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
