Full job description
RTB House is seeking a mid-level technical specialist to support the Technical Account Management team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues in campaigns, managing client data files, configuring tracking tags and client integrations, and contributing to documentation. Candidates should have fluent English, basic SQL and JavaScript knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, good communication, and self-organization. Experience with APIs, XML, CSV, Google Sheets, JSON, Google Workspace, and Linux is a plus. The role offers a flexible remote or hybrid contract model with a mandate or B2B contract. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
What you'll do
- Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, reports, and internal tooling
- Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files
