Full job description
Sovrn is seeking a Total Rewards Manager responsible for day-to-day administration of global benefits, retirement, compensation, leave, and payroll programs. The role involves supporting employees and managers, administering rewards programs, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include managing benefits programs, retirement plans, compensation cycles, payroll processing, and data accuracy across HRIS and Total Rewards platforms. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in total rewards across the US and Europe, strong communication and project management skills, advanced Excel and analytical abilities, and experience with AI tools for process improvement. Preferred certifications include CCP, CBP, and SHRM-CP. The position is full-time, on-site in Boulder, Colorado, with a salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 plus potential bonuses and equity. Administer Sovrn’s global benefits programs including medical, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, insurance, commuter, and parking benefits: process enrollments, election changes, terminations, invoices and payments, and plan changes across HRIS and vendor platforms

Maintain accurate Total Rewards data, records, and configurations across HRIS and Total Rewards platforms
Simplify and automate Total Rewards processes using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and the employee experience
Monitor global regulatory requirements and support updates to Total Rewards programs and processes to maintain compliance
Requirements
5+ years of total rewards experience spanning benefits, retirement, leave, compensation, and payroll programs across the US and Europe
Track record of building trusted relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners
Approachable and empathetic communication style
Ability to explain complex reward policy information clearly and in plain language
High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling employee information
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines, vendors, and priorities simultaneously
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with ability to build models, analyze complex data, and turn insights into recommendations
Experience with job architecture, job mapping, market survey participation, market pricing, pay analysis, and annual compensation cycles
Experience administering bonus and sales incentive plans
Experience administering HRIS systems and Total Rewards platforms
Experience using AI tools to automate or improve workflows and efficiency
Working knowledge of benefits, retirement, leave, compensation, payroll, and related regulations across the US and Europe with experience implementing regulatory changes
CCP, CBP, and SHRM-CP preferred
