Full job description
EXADS, an international ad-tech start-up, seeks a Technical Success Manager to bridge technology and client success. The role involves independently investigating and solving technical problems, resolving data discrepancies, supporting sales, maintaining documentation, liaising with developers, and mentoring team members. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Git, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SQL, APIs, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, Slack, GitHub, and online advertising industry knowledge is required. What you'll do
Own, investigate and solve technical problems independently
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies including RTB reporting and impression discrepancies
Be the technical point of contact for clients and colleagues

Confidence in client and developer communication, leading meetings
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience with Jira, HubSpot, Slack, and GitHub
Excellent understanding of online advertising industry
Experience working with APIs
Working SQL literacy (write, read, interpret queries, understand relational concepts)
Problem-solving instinct and ability to work on undocumented problems
