Full job description
The Technical Recruiter role is based in New York City and responsible for full recruitment life cycle at Kargo Global. This role partners with People Operations and HR teams, focusing on tech and product hiring. Key duties include sourcing, screening, hiring candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, managing candidate experience, using recruiting platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, executing branding and networking strategies, managing talent pipelines, and partnering on compensation packages. Requires bachelor's degree and 3-5 years mid-level recruiting experience, preferably in tech/product roles, with strong sourcing skills and experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
What you'll do
- Source, screen and hire the strongest candidates for all technical and product focused roles across Kargo using a combination of best practices, experience, technology and personal touch
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers from various departments to fill open headcount and anticipate longer term hiring needs
