Full job description Temporary Technical Project Manager role supporting Adobe Experience Cloud implementation for a healthcare client. Requires 3 days per week in-office presence within 90 minutes of Plainsboro, NJ. Responsible for sprint planning, execution, dependency and risk management, technical team leadership, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. Requires 4+ years technical project management experience including 2+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud, managing teams of 5-15 technical professionals. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Asana) required. Preferred certifications include Adobe Professional and project management credentials. Hourly pay range $65.78-$87.77. Benefits include paid holidays and sick time per company policy.

Conduct story estimation and flag scope concerns
Maintain backlog discipline and prioritize work
Drive daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Track sprint metrics and identify coaching opportunities
Lead matrixed technical teams of engineers, data engineers, architects, QA
Clarify technical requirements and design intent
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members and provide coaching
Coordinate across geographies and time zones
Manage dependencies and blockers, escalate as needed
Define and enforce acceptance criteria and quality standards
Conduct or facilitate code/design reviews
Partner with QA to ensure test coverage and manage defects
Maintain visibility into technical debt and architectural risks
Track and report quality metrics
Maintain visibility into workstream health including deliverables, timeline, budget, and capacity
Report progress and escalate risks to leadership
Implement early warning systems for project slippage
Maintain risk and issue register and facilitate mitigation planning
Communicate transparently with stakeholders and manage expectations
Facilitate design reviews and demo sessions with clients
Manage vendor interactions and track SLAs
Stay current on Adobe product capabilities and advocate tooling improvements
Support technical team training and certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 4+ years of technical project management experience in software development, systems integration, or consulting delivery 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise technology implementations Proven track record managing technical teams of 5-15+ professionals across multiple disciplines Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream technical projects with dependencies across teams Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM, Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Analytics) Understanding of data architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure Familiarity with modern development practices including version control, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Expertise in sprint planning, backlog management, capacity planning, and velocity tracking Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Asana Strong estimation discipline and dependency tracking Proven leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and adaptability skills Ability to work in-office 3 days per week within 90 minutes commute to Plainsboro, NJ Preferred: Adobe Certified Professional or Developer certification Preferred: Project management certification (PMI, Scaled Agile, or similar) Preferred: Experience managing distributed global teams Preferred: Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or regulated industries Tech stack Adobe Experience Cloud AEM Experience Platform Journey Optimizer Analytics Jira Smartsheet Azure DevOps Asana CI/CD version control infrastructure-as-code observability Agile Scrum Kanban SAFe
