Full job description

Technical Program Manager role requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2 years in program management. Must have experience in software development, engineering program execution, and consumer-facing technology platforms. Preferred experience includes managing cross-functional projects, ads platforms or ad tech, Google Ads, Display or UX, and release management lifecycles. Responsibilities include leading complex projects, planning requirements, risk identification, schedule management, and communication with stakeholders and executives. Salary range: $138,000 - $198,000 plus 15% bonus target, bonus, equity, and benefits. Locations: Mountain View, CA and Los Angeles, CA.

  • Work with stakeholders to plan requirements

  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company
  • Explain team's analyses and recommendations to executives
  • Discuss technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with software development and execution of engineering programs
  • Experience working with consumer facing technology platforms
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects
  • Experience in ads platforms or ad tech
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display or UX
  • Experience with release management lifecycles and project milestones
