Full job description

Kevel seeks a Technical Product Enablement Manager to bridge product and commercial teams. Responsibilities include owning product knowledge base, maintaining documentation, partnering with PMs for feature context, designing onboarding and upskilling programs, creating sales and CS enablement materials, driving adoption of self-serve resources, collaborating with marketing on product materials, embedding AI-assisted workflows, and serving as liaison across Product, Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing. Requires 4+ years in product enablement, marketing, or technical writing, strong communication, AI tooling experience, cross-functional collaboration, training design, and familiarity with enablement tools like Notion and Confluence. Role is fully remote within Australia with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product knowledge base and maintain accurate documentation across all product areas
  • Partner with PMs to capture feature context at build time and ensure release notes, briefs, and enablement materials accompany deliveries
  • Develop scalable systems for keeping enablement content current and manage its lifecycle
  • Champion AI tooling to streamline documentation processes including drafting release notes and maintaining content consistency
  • Design and run onboarding and upskilling programs to reduce time-to-competency for commercial teams
  • Build and maintain sales and CS enablement materials such as battlecards, positioning guides, demo scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Identify and close product knowledge gaps causing deal losses or adoption struggles
  • Drive adoption of self-serve resources to reduce ad hoc product questions to engineering and product teams
  • Partner with marketing to develop and refine product marketing materials ensuring accuracy and resonance with target buyers
  • Act as product-to-market translation layer ensuring messaging aligns with genuine product capabilities
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for major releases aligning internal enablement with external marketing
  • Experiment with and embed AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual overhead in enablement functions
  • Establish best practices for AI use in content creation balancing speed, accuracy, and brand voice
  • Serve as connective tissue between Product, Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing to surface knowledge gaps and feedback
  • Work closely with CPO and PMs to communicate product strategy and roadmap across commercial functions
  • Own and evolve internal tooling stack for enablement including documentation platforms, demo environments, and training delivery

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, technical writing, or a related role — ideally within B2B SaaS, adtech, or retail media
  • A track record of building and maintaining product documentation or enablement content libraries at scale, with strong instincts for keeping content current rather than letting it drift
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling language for commercial audiences
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation, and genuine enthusiasm for experimenting with new ways of working
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with engineers, PMs, AEs, CS leaders, and surfacing needs between groups
  • Experience designing and delivering training or onboarding programs, with understanding of adult learning and product knowledge retention
  • Familiarity with enablement and documentation tooling (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Highspot, Guru) and ability to evolve tooling stack as needs change
  • A data-informed mindset — measuring enablement effectiveness and iterating based on findings
  • Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; able to identify and close knowledge gaps proactively
  • Bonus: experience in adtech, retail media, programmatic advertising, or exposure to go-to-market planning for product launches
