Pacvue is establishing a new hub in Mexico City with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office once the office opens). The Technical Onboarding role supports clients in the early post-sales journey, focusing on technical integrations and smooth handoffs to internal teams. Responsibilities include supporting data integration for retail media platforms, troubleshooting integration issues, client onboarding, producing technical documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires 2+ years in technical support, client onboarding, or SaaS integration, experience with ecommerce advertising platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.), moderate Excel skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Pacvue, Skai, Quartile, Commerce IQ, Vitally, Salesforce, and AI tools like Claude is a plus.
