Liftoff is hiring a Senior Technical Manager for the Creative Serving team. This role involves defining and communicating the long-term strategy and roadmap for creative serving systems, translating business goals into team objectives, collaborating with ML and product teams, balancing short- and long-term development velocity, setting engineering culture standards, providing technical feedback, and mentoring engineers. Candidates must have 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years managing engineers, strong technical judgment, solid coding skills, and experience building scalable engineering systems. Experience with Go, HTML/CSS/JS, and ad tech is a plus. The position is full-time remote within the US, with salary ranges varying by location from $176,000 to $255,000.
