Full job description

RTB House is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage technical operations for clients, coordinate technical issues related to online campaign launching and running, support integration between rtb.com and client e-commerce platforms, collaborate with sales teams, monitor campaign effectiveness, and propose optimization solutions. Candidates must have 2+ years experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing, programming or API integration experience, familiarity with debugging tools and Google Tag Manager, and knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Fluency in English, strong analytical skills, motivation to learn, and good time management are required. What you'll do

  • Conduct technical operations for clients
  • Coordinate all technical issues related to online campaign launching and running
  • Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform
  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns
  • Propose optimization solutions to achieve internal and external goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or experience in systems integration via API
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Google Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
