RTB House seeks a mid-level technical account manager for campaign launch, monitoring, and optimization in digital marketing. Responsibilities include verifying tracking code, supervising ad material creation, analyzing product feeds, and collaborating with sales and account teams. Required skills: experience in tech support and campaign optimization, knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, CSV/TCV/XML files, URL anatomy, basic regular expressions, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, MMP dashboards, and strong English communication. The role offers stable long-term B2B or contract of mandate cooperation in Poland.

What you'll do

  • Launch advertising campaigns including verifying tracking code implementation, supervising creation of advertising materials, and analyzing product feeds
  • Monitor all ongoing advertising campaigns assigned
  • Make changes to new and existing campaigns to translate business objectives into technical deliverables
  • Proactively respond to campaign errors and warnings before they affect performance
  • Work closely with account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
  • Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and on how to navigate CSV/TCV and XML files
  • Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters, values and parametrization rules) is a plus
  • Basic Regular Expressions knowledge
  • Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and MMP Dashboards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
