Full job description

RTB House is seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Paris, France. The role involves managing technical operations for clients, coordinating technical issues related to online campaign launches, integrating RTB House's campaign system with client e-commerce platforms, collaborating with account and sales teams, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and proposing process optimizations. Candidates should have 2+ years of technical experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, motivation to learn, good time management, and fluency in English. Programming experience (HTML, JavaScript, Python, PHP, VBA, SQL, BASH) or API integration and knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager are advantages. What you'll do

  • Conduct technical operations for clients
  • Coordinate all technical issues related to online campaign launching and running
  • Perform technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
  • Work closely with account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of online campaigns
  • Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical role(s)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced user of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python, PHP, VBA, SQL, BASH) or experience in systems integration via API (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (nice to have)
