RTB House seeks a mid-level Technical Account Manager for its DACH team, working remotely from Poland. The role involves launching and monitoring advertising campaigns, verifying tracking code implementation, supervising advertising materials, analyzing product feeds, and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals. Candidates should have experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing, with basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, CSV, XML, URL anatomy, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong English communication skills are required. The position offers stable, long-term cooperation on a B2B or contract of mandate basis, with opportunities to work on impactful projects in an international environment within a leading AI-powered ad tech company.

What you'll do

  • Launch advertising campaigns including verifying tracking code implementation, supervising the creation of advertising materials, and analyzing product feeds
  • Monitor all ongoing advertising campaigns assigned
  • Make changes to new and existing campaigns to translate business objectives into technical deliverables
  • Proactively respond to campaign errors and warnings before they affect performance
  • Work closely with account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Ability to navigate CSV and XML files
  • Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters, values and parametrization rules)
  • Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders
