RTB House seeks a mid-level technical operations specialist for online advertising campaigns in the Baltics and Balkan markets. Responsibilities include technical support for clients, managing campaign technical issues, integrating RTB House systems with client e-commerce platforms, collaborating with account managers, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and proposing optimizations. Requirements include 2+ years experience in online technology, e-commerce or digital advertising, fluent English, basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge, experience with debugging tools, and preferably Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving skills, motivation, and willingness to learn are required. The role is remote based in Poland, offering competitive salary with bonuses, personal development budgets, onboarding, and stable B2B contract.

What you'll do

  • Conduct technical operations for top clients in the Baltics and Balkan markets
  • Provide technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of campaigns
  • Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and running process
  • Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
  • Work closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Propose optimization solutions for online programs
  • Cooperate with technical support team from Headquarter

Requirements

  • About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles)
  • Google Tag Manager experience is nice to have
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4 is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
