Full job description
Nexxen is hiring a Technical Account Manager to support Tier 1 Connected TV (CTV) publishers. The role involves providing technical support to publishers and internal account teams, troubleshooting, optimizing accounts, and acting as the internal CTV subject matter expert. Responsibilities include monitoring publisher accounts, supporting integrations, collaborating with product teams to identify and prioritize feature requests, escalating technical issues, and partnering with business development on technical evaluations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in technical account management or similar roles preferably in AdTech, strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. SQL experience is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in New York, NY. Salary range is $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within AdTech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional service
Experience with SQL is a plus but not required
