Full job description

Technical Account Manager role based in Latin America supporting US team. Responsible for managing technical relationships for a book of business, troubleshooting campaign performance issues, monitoring pacing and delivery, ensuring tracking codes function properly, and supporting knowledge sharing within the team. Requires 3+ years experience in digital advertising as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager, strong technical aptitude, hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, familiarity with product feeds, Excel, Google Analytics, and optionally HTML, Javascript or Python. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences required. Offers flexible work options including remote, in-office, or hybrid, continuous training, performance bonuses, and community events.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of business
  • Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues including discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher and host performance, tag drop offs
  • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet budget and client goals
  • Work closely with clients to ensure tracking codes function properly and troubleshoot as needed
  • Support knowledge sharing, training, and best practices development across the TAM team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager in digital advertising
  • Excellent technical aptitude and acumen
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360, Xandr, Amazon DSP
  • Familiarity with product feeds and data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and ability to configure and interpret data
  • Understanding of HTML, Javascript or Python is a plus
  • Ability to learn new products quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with programmatic landscape including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging & bidding
