Full job description

Lead a team providing technical support to business teams. Launch and optimize advertising campaigns using Real-Time Bidding technology. Collaborate with technical account management and other technical teams. Develop tools and procedures to improve team workflows. Requires 2+ years as a Team Lead or similar role, 5 years in digital marketing (preferably retargeting), knowledge of online campaign management, Firebug, Chrome DevTools, debugging tracking scripts, HTML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and fluency in English. Location: Dubai, hybrid work model.

What you'll do

  • Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company's business teams
  • Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology
  • Collaborate with local head of technical account management team and other technical teams and departments of the company
  • Develop tools and procedures in order to improve the work of both own and other technical teams

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Team Lead or in a similar role
  • About 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within retargeting) in technical capacity roles
  • Good knowledge of online campaign management
  • Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts
  • Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, Google Analytics
  • Fluency in English language
