Full job description
Technical Account Intern role supporting client relationships and troubleshooting technical issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, analyzing data and client feedback, maintaining documentation, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, and evaluating technical approaches for business impact. Requirements: currently pursuing relevant degree, proficiency in English and Portuguese, strong communication and analytical skills, basic knowledge of APIs and data analysis is a plus.
