Full job description
Technical Account Manager (TAM) role supporting Northern Europe clients. Main technical contact for integrated clients, responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and escalating when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Support. Provide consultative technical services to premium clients. Requirements: 3-5+ years in technical account or client-facing roles, bachelor's degree in technical discipline, proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, data analysis, experience with web traffic analysis tools, ad serving tags, APIs, SDKs, knowledge of ad tech ecosystem, strong communication skills, self-starter, fluent in English. Preferred: programmatic, video and mobile experience, knowledge of databases, ad servers, rich media ads, and trafficking. Location: London, UK. Hybrid work model.
