Full job description

Tech Product Manager role based in Barcelona. Responsibilities include developing and executing the product roadmap aligned with business goals, collaborating with engineering, commercial, marketing, and operations teams, engaging with partners and customers, making data-driven decisions, and staying updated on AdTech trends and regulations. Requirements: degree in Engineering or related field, minimum 2 years experience in Data Analysis or Product Management preferably in tech, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent English communication skills. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap aligning with business objectives
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize feature developments and with commercial, marketing and operations teams to align on timelines, priorities and strategies
  • Engage directly with partners and customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities
  • Make data-based decisions to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Stay at the forefront of AdTech, new technologies, industry trends and privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Technical background with a degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Management, preferably in a tech company
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to ask and answer the right questions with data and insights
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
