Full job description

Teads is seeking a Tech Lead for the Measurement scope to oversee the full-stack engine for outcome measurement (Attention, Sales Uplift, Brand Uplift). The role involves designing scalable and resilient system architectures, collaborating with Product and Data Science teams, hands-on coding and project ownership, exploratory engineering, continuous improvement, and leading measurement infrastructure development including ETLs and APIs. Candidates should have strong programming skills, experience with large distributed systems and data processing, an analytical mindset, good communication skills, multiple shipped software projects, and production knowledge including release and observability practices. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office), located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
