Full job description

Lead a team of engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable software processing over 7 billion events daily. Work with a large private Hadoop cluster and cutting-edge data processing technologies. Shape data models to convert noisy data into meaningful signals. Build and maintain high-volume, highly available systems. Participate in architecture and product roadmap discussions. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years software engineering experience with compiled languages (C#, Java, Go), strong CS fundamentals, experience with ETL pipelines and complex systems, leadership and mentoring experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills.   • Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable and maintainable code

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience leading or managing a team of engineers
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience with compiled languages like C#, Java, or Go
  • Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, data modeling, optimization)
  • Comfortable working with ETL pipelines and multi-stage data processing systems
  • Experience building and evolving complex systems
  • Passion for shipping high-performance, high-quality code
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
