Full job description

Lead and supervise a team of 8-15 content labeling associates responsible for classification and manual curation of content. Manage daily operations, ensure team training and policy compliance, provide coaching and performance feedback, identify training needs, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Collaborate with HQ and other departments to improve processes and meet KPIs. Requires minimum 3 years supervisory experience, strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Remote role based in Costa Rica.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily classification / labeling activities of team members
  • Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest policy updates
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure Costa Rica site has necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, upholding company values and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, minimum 3 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills
