Requirements include 7+ years technical experience, 5+ years in digital marketing technology, 3+ years leadership, and proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, web technologies, scripting, and automation. Responsibilities include managing team output, acting as escalation point, advising clients and account teams, maintaining client codebases, and driving strategic solutions.
