Team Lead for Beauty vertical in Retail Media DACH region. Lead and develop a team of two sales professionals to drive revenue growth across Beauty brands and agencies. Define and execute growth strategy, support client partnerships, and act as trusted advisor. Responsibilities include leading sales cycle, building senior client relationships, managing forecasting and pipeline, partnering with Retailer Partnerships, and representing company at industry events. Requirements include experience in digital advertising or related sales, fluency in German, leadership experience, strong sales track record, knowledge of Beauty brands in DACH, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Position based in Munich, Berlin, or Dusseldorf with hybrid work model.
