Smadex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role based in Barcelona. The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions internationally, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, co-create job descriptions, build candidate pipelines, meet hiring timelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing recruiting processes, proactive candidate sourcing, maintaining ATS pipelines (JazzHR), leveraging recruitment data to improve hiring metrics, and representing the company at events. Requirements include 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced or hyper-growth tech environments, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, excellent English communication, analytical and organizational skills, and a legal permit to work in Barcelona (no visa sponsorship). Requirements
2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced start-up or hyper-growth tech company
Experience in Tech recruitment is highly a plus
Proven experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialist/niche searches
Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory
Confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds
