Full job description

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate (G&A, Marketing) and Technology (Engineering/Product) roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build scorecards, and set interview processes. Proactively source and build candidate pipelines ensuring diverse and qualified slates. Own the candidate experience from preparation through feedback. Attend industry events to build relationships and employer brand. Maintain accurate ATS data and leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, research, and reporting. Monitor recruiting funnel metrics and implement improvements. Requires 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS (Lever, Gem), AI integration in recruiting, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in ad tech, media, streaming, or data recruiting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. On-site role in San Francisco, California. Salary range $100,000 - $140,000 USD per year plus benefits including bonuses, health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, and PTO.
