Full job description
Recruiter role responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer coordination. Build talent pools via sourcing, referrals, social media, and job boards. Support hiring managers with interview techniques and candidate evaluation. Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes through projects. Requires 3+ years recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, interview knowledge, English communication, and alignment with company values.
