The Trade Desk seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager with 5+ years in talent acquisition and 2+ years managing ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse or Workday). The role involves managing ATS improvements, collaborating with HR Technology, Analytics, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Business Partners, and Finance to meet strategic and operational goals. Responsibilities include enhancing candidate experience, implementing system automation, managing operational reporting and ticketing via JIRA, and addressing global change management challenges. Strong project, program, and operations management skills, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. What you'll do
- Own and manage system improvements and updates within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Work with cross-functional partner teams such as HR Technology, Analytics, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Business Partners and Finance
- Deliver against strategic and operational goals within the Talent Operations team
- Design and flow strategies to achieve hiring goals and elevate candidate experience
- Identify system and process automation and efficiency opportunities on a wide scale
- Implement daily improvements of ATS, updates and review best practices
- Evolve and enhance the candidate experience from prospect to offer acceptance
- Manage detailed operational reporting activities and dashboards for Talent Acquisition and Functional Stakeholders
- Develop and manage tiered ticketing requests through JIRA for operational support or recruitment
- Analyze and solve global change management barriers focusing on root causes
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- 2+ years’ experience managing an ATS system, preferably Greenhouse or Workday
- Keen sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of relevant systems
- Demonstrated skills in project, program, and operations management
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving ability and sound judgement ability
- Strong leadership, team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, results driven, problem solver
- Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders locally and across diverse geographical locations
- Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives and development of ongoing support pertaining to document control processes, administration, and projects
