Requirements
Recent college graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, business operations, communications, or a related field
Interested in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, compliance, project management, or people-related work
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn the business and understand the 'why' behind the work
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a willingness to jump in where support is needed
Clear communicator who can summarize information, draft updates, and collaborate with leaders and team members
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and AI-enabled tools
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Preferred: Internship, coursework, or early experience related to HR, recruiting, employee experience, project coordination, or business operations
