Lead recruitment for various roles including Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Corporate functions. Develop sourcing strategies focused on Germany with some international exposure. Partner with hiring managers to align hiring plans with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offers. Deliver excellent candidate experience and collaborate on employer branding. Improve recruitment processes, reduce agency reliance, optimize time-to-hire, maintain ATS accuracy, and provide recruitment reporting. Requirements include solid recruitment experience, fluency in English and German, preferably background in commercial roles and advertising, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
