Full job description
Talent Acquisition Intern role supporting sourcing, recruiting activities, and campus initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing talent via LinkedIn, auditing requisitions, scheduling support, engaging interns, conducting market research, and building university relationships. Requires fluent English, initiative, ownership, creativity, organization, communication skills, and flexibility. Hybrid work model based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
What you'll do
- Assist in sourcing through LinkedIn and engaging with alumni
- Audit requisitions prior to marking 'hired'
- Support Talent Acquisition with ad-hoc scheduling needs outside of Paradox
- Engage with current interns through special events and lunches
- Conduct market research on hiring trends
- Engage with universities and colleges to build relationships
Requirements
- Fluent or native English
- Ability to take initiative and be autonomous on various tasks
- Ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm
- Highly organized and diligent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in an international environment
- Flexibility and willingness to participate in project preparation, onsite operations management, and project closing
