Full job description

Technical Support Engineer role based in Budapest. Responsible for technical ownership of OEM and publisher partner relationships from a support perspective. Tasks include investigating revenue and inventory anomalies, debugging ad-serving and tracking issues, triaging feed ingestion and content categorization problems, and collaborating with R&D to resolve issues across product, infrastructure, and algorithmic layers. Requires strong SQL skills, experience in technical support or production engineering on distributed systems, ability to read code, strong English communication, investigative mindset, and daily use of AI coding assistants and LLM tooling. Responsibilities include writing and refining queries, monitoring anomalies with Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, managing production alerts, participating in on-call incident response, extending AI tooling, partnering with R&D and Product teams, building internal tools and runbooks, and identifying systemic issues for product improvements.
