Full job description

Seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across US & LATAM and drive TA Operations excellence. Responsibilities include leading a team of TA Business Partners, owning regional hiring processes, partnering with senior leaders on workforce strategies, defining TA strategy focused on quality and efficiency, using data and AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes, optimizing recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and strengthening employer brand. Requires 8+ years recruitment experience in global tech, 3+ years leading TA teams, strong TA operations and vendor management skills, knowledge of US & LATAM markets, data fluency, AI tool experience, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM
  • Own regional hiring end-to-end and support global TA Ops initiatives
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders translating business needs into hiring plans and workforce strategies
  • Define and drive regional TA strategy focusing on quality of hire, hiring efficiency, and business impact
  • Use data and hiring metrics to improve sourcing, selection, and talent outcomes
  • Optimize and scale recruitment processes for consistency, speed, and strong candidate/hiring manager experience
  • Partner on senior and critical hires with a hands-on approach when needed
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, internal mobility, and succession planning
  • Strengthen employer brand across US & LATAM through external partnerships and market engagement
  • Equip hiring managers with tools and frameworks to improve hiring quality and consistency
  • Stay aligned with market trends and competitor insights to evolve TA strategy
  • Embrace AI and technology to improve sourcing, screening, and operational efficiency while maintaining quality of hire and human judgment
  • Ensure responsible and thoughtful use of data, fairness, and bias awareness in AI-enabled processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech companies
  • Strong strategic Talent Acquisition mindset
  • 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
  • Proven experience in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of US & LATAM talent markets
  • Strong business partnering capability with senior stakeholders
  • High data fluency with ability to drive decisions through hiring metrics and insights
  • Experience using AI/tools to improve recruiting efficiency and quality
  • Strong sourcing and multi-channel talent acquisition capabilities
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and high hiring standards
