The Trade Desk seeks a senior Systems Operations Engineer with 6+ years of experience in technical or application support. The role involves monitoring platform services, incident management, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues. Candidates should have knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and programming skills in SQL, Python, and C#. Responsibilities include acting as a technical advisor, managing incident response, updating documentation and runbooks, and providing occasional weekend coverage. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders are required. The base salary range is $64,100–$117,500 USD.
