EXADS, an ad tech startup part of EXOGROUP, is seeking System and Network Engineers to maintain and support server and network infrastructure for its ad-serving platform. The role involves installation, support, and maintenance of server hardware/software, managing MariaDB and ClickHouse databases, Nginx web servers, monitoring usage, resource optimization, planning deployments, and 24/7 availability for critical issues. Candidates should have extensive Linux (preferably RedHat) experience, advanced PHP web server knowledge, MariaDB administration skills, configuration management (Puppet), caching technologies (Redis, Memcached, CouchBase), Agile methodology exposure, and strong communication skills. A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. Preferred skills include cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS), scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl), Git, networking (DNS, VRRP, PXE, Kickstart), and familiarity with big data, ELK, security, and monitoring tools.
