EXADS, an ad tech startup part of EXOGROUP, is seeking System and Network Engineers to install, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure for its ad-serving platform. The role involves managing MariaDB and ClickHouse databases, Nginx web servers, monitoring usage, ensuring efficient resource use, planning deployments, and providing 24/7 availability for critical infrastructure. Candidates should have extensive Linux (preferably RedHat) experience, advanced PHP web server knowledge, MariaDB administration skills, configuration management (Puppet), caching technologies (Redis, Memcached, CouchBase), and familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) and tools like JIRA and Confluence. A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. Preferred skills include cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS), scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl), Git/GitHub, networking (DNS, VRRP, PXE, Kickstart), big data exposure, ELK stack, security (SELinux, IPTables), and monitoring tools (Nagios). The position is full-time, remote within Ireland or office-based in Dublin.
