Full job description

Tatari is seeking an SVP, Product to lead the development of an intelligent advertising platform focused on automated, measurable, and data-driven media buying. Responsibilities include setting product vision and roadmap, driving AI and automation capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building a high-performing product team. Candidates must have 10+ years in AdTech product roles with emphasis on programmatic media, measurement, or marketing automation, including 2+ years in startups. Strong data skills, product intuition, and tolerance for ambiguity are required. What you'll do

  • Set and champion product vision and roadmap across TV media buying, campaign measurement, and automated optimization
  • Translate company strategy into a clear, sequenced product roadmap with defined priorities, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Drive the build-out of core AI and automation capabilities including bidding algorithms, audience targeting, attribution models, and real-time campaign optimization
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, media buying, sales, client success and finance to ensure product decisions are commercially and technically feasible
  • Leverage quantitative analysis, market research, and product intuition to make fast, high-confidence decisions
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts such as privacy regulation, programmatic innovation, AI/ML applications, and omnichannel convergence
  • Be the internal and external voice of the product, inspiring confidence with executive leadership, board, and key clients
  • Build and scale a high-performing product team by recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability and ambition

Requirements

  • 10+ years in AdTech product roles with a strong focus on programmatic media, measurement, or marketing automation
  • Minimum 2 years in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of shipping scalable, high-impact products in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Deep comfort with data, ability to navigate large datasets and interrogate measurement methodologies
  • Bias toward automation and AI tooling with pragmatic execution instincts
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to move decisively with incomplete information
  • Strong product taste with high standards for UX and interface quality in complex, data-heavy tooling
