Full job description

Survey Project Manager responsible for managing consumer-research survey projects from programming through fielding completion. Duties include managing survey launch and data collection, coordinating with programming teams, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, working with sample vendors, and handling multiple projects to meet deadlines. Requires Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience managing online surveys, knowledge of MS Office Suite, familiarity with Confirmit software, and technical scripting knowledge (JavaScript, jScript.NET) as an asset. Strong project management, multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills needed. Shift covers US and India business hours (typically 2PM-11PM IST).
