Full job description
Support Engineer role at AppsFlyer involves solving complex technical problems and providing superior customer support. Responsibilities include owning customer technical issues end-to-end, troubleshooting SDK implementation issues with customers' app development teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enriching the knowledge base, and leading support improvement processes. Requirements include Korean native speaker, advanced English proficiency, 3+ years in technical customer support, strong communication, logical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills, adaptability, multitasking, and ability to work independently. Bonus points for experience in web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, SDK integration and troubleshooting, web/mobile development or QA, and experience with LLM and AI Agents.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, root cause identification, resolution, and communication
- Work with the Customer's App development team to troubleshoot any SDK implementation issues
