Full job description
Looking for a technically savvy candidate with at least 3 years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management. Must have experience with SQL querying and data management, fluent English, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities include owning customer technical issues, managing escalations, collaborating with R&D and product teams, enriching knowledge base, leading support improvements, providing product feedback, managing internal projects, and acting as technical account manager for VIP customers. Preferred experience includes development or mobile development, web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, BI, and experience with LLM and AI Agent.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution and communication.
- Serve as point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved meticulously.
