Full job description

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is hiring a Support Engineer based in Paris (hybrid). The role involves delivering excellent customer support for premium video advertising across multiple platforms globally. Responsibilities include problem solving, customer education, supporting ad delivery, communicating with clients of varying skill levels, developing use cases for engineering, contributing to documentation, and improving support processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-5 years client-facing experience, fluency in English and French, strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, and be proactive. Experience with SQL, Excel, and knowledge of video advertising is advantageous. Some travel may be required.

What you'll do

  • Deliver excellent customer experience through problem solving, customer education, and continuous service improvement
  • Support premium video advertising delivery across TV, mobile, set top box, and web platforms globally
  • Communicate effectively with clients of varying skill levels
  • Deconstruct complex problems and build comprehensive solutions
  • Develop use cases for engineering improvements based on customer requirements
  • Contribute to product documentation
  • Continuously improve support processes
  • Advocate for customer success throughout the organization
  • Enable customers to succeed on the FreeWheel platform
  • Grow into a Subject Matter Expert in market-leading technologies
  • Some travel may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent expertise
  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing environment preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and self-driven, taking initiative to solve problems
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Demonstrable experience learning technical tools such as SQL and Excel (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of the premium video or video advertising industry (advantageous)
