Full job description

Provide technical product support to customer solutions and sales initiatives through analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with field teams to evaluate product modifications and troubleshoot technical issues. Deliver product demonstrations and documentation. Develop validation procedures under moderate guidance. Support business operations by troubleshooting product issues and providing technical recommendations. Collaborate with sales teams on product modifications and customization projects. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. Develop and execute test procedures and validation plans. Document technical specifications and product capabilities. Participate in cross-functional product review meetings. Maintain technical product knowledge through ongoing training. Work nights and weekends as necessary. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 2-5 years relevant experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot product issues and provide technical recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Develop and execute test procedures and validation plans
  • Document technical specifications and product capabilities
  • Participate in cross-functional product review meetings
