Full job description
Support Engineer role responsible for resolving customer technical issues including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution, and communication. Collaborate with customer app development teams and internal teams (CSM, Product, Engineering, Partners) to resolve SDK implementation and other technical issues. Maintain and improve client Knowledge Base and support processes. Requires Korean native speaker with advanced English, 3+ years technical customer support experience, strong communication, logical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills, adaptability, multitasking, and ability to work independently. Bonus points for experience in web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, mobile SDK integration and troubleshooting, web/mobile development or QA, and experience with LLM and AI Agent.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, root cause identification, resolution, and communication
- Work with the Customer's App development team to troubleshoot any SDK implementation issues
