Full job description
AppsFlyer is seeking a technically skilled professional for a mid-level full-time hybrid role based in Sao Paulo. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication. The candidate will work closely with R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams, handle customer escalations, enrich the Knowledge Base, lead support improvement processes, provide product feedback, manage internal projects, and act as a technical point of contact for VIP customers. Requirements include 2+ years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management, proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, business English, strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently, and a structured, process-oriented approach. Bonus experience includes web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, mobile development/testing (iOS, Android), big data technologies, APIs, and experience with LLM and AI Agents.
