AppsFlyer is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide customer-oriented technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, managing customer escalations, collaborating with R&D and product teams, maintaining the Knowledge Base, leading support improvement processes, providing product feedback, managing internal projects, and serving as a technical point of contact for VIP customers. Requirements include 2+ years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management; proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language; business-level English; strong communication skills; ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work independently; and a structured, process-oriented approach. Bonus experience includes web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, mobile development/testing, big data technologies, API usage, and experience with LLM and AI Agents.
