Full job description
AppsFlyer seeks a mid-level technical support specialist with 2+ years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, escalation management, collaboration with R&D and product teams, knowledge base enrichment, support process improvements, internal project management, and acting as a technical point of contact for VIP customers. Required skills include SQL querying, knowledge of at least one programming language, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask independently. Bonus experience includes web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, mobile development/testing (iOS, Android), big data technologies, APIs, and familiarity with LLM and AI Agent technologies. The position is full-time based in San Francisco. Salary range for US candidates is $110,000 to $120,000 OTE.
